Call for Speakers
In honor of the Tricentennial anniversary of the geographic center of the Commonwealth, the Town of Rutland 300th Anniversary Committee invites residents and guests wishing to speak on a topic relevant to the Town and its Tricentennial (general history of Rutland, natural features, buildings, history of a particular event or place, etc…) as part of a yearlong Rutland 300th Conversations Series.
Multiple indoor venues will be available, with varying capacity.
Ticketing can be arranged upon request.
Speaker may be recorded for airing on local cable and/or live on town YouTube.
Please submit your speaking proposal with the following information:
Your name
Your biography
Anticipated topic of your speech
Intended audience (adult, elementary school, mixed, special interest, etc…)
A/V requirements, if applicable (ability to show slides, etc…)
Anticipated interaction level with audience (taking questions at the end, etc..)
Expected total speaking time
Please submit all speaker series proposals to the Rutland 300th Committee,

Please include “CALL FOR SPEAKERS” in the subject line.
